As part of my Artist in Residence I built a small metal fabrication shop which I then used to create my sculptures made primarily of steel. My shop slowly expanded to include some wood media, and jewelry as my artwork developed and started to take shape. The primary goal of my artist in residence is to have the necessary space and public feedback so that I may successfully build a new solo exhibition. Many of the works I exhibit each month are works in progress. I am constantly editing and reshaping ideas.
