Nathalie Lawrence is an artist and an educator. Her artwork primarily consists of sculptures created from forged and welded steel, with added woodworking that contrasts the man-made and the organic. Her concepts include: the human-animal, psychology, art history, and personal narrative. She holds a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree in Studio Arts from Texas Tech University, with a specialization in Sculpture, Jewelry, & Metalsmithing (2019). She graduated Magnum Cum Laude (honors) with a Bachelor's Degree of Fine Arts (BFA) from Texas Tech University (2016). She holds a Texas Teaching Licence (2020). Nathalie has a self-sustaining studio art practice in Texas, where she creates her sculptures. Her exhibition record includes 1st place international awards at BMAUS, public art at the Art Tracks Sculpture Tour in Palestine, TX, and GlassTires' Best of 2023.
